When the Bonus Looks Too Good

Lately I’ve been trying to understand what actually makes an online casino worth sticking with, rather than jumping around every time I see a shiny bonus. Some places seem to offer loads of games, but then the payment options are awkward or the terms are buried somewhere deep. I’m also curious about things such as licensing, game providers, withdrawal limits, and whether the casino clearly explains its rules. I’m not looking for some magical “best casino” answer, just a sensible way to compare the basics without spending three hours opening random tabs. What do you normally check first?

Good question, because the flashy stuff can distract from the boring details that actually matter. I usually start with the licence and available payment methods, then check whether the games come from recognizable providers and whether the bonus rules make sense. Having information from Gambling Catalog handy can also make the comparison process less messy when you’re checking different casino features and background details. After that, I look at withdrawal conditions and general transparency. Maybe it sounds overly cautious, but I’d rather spend ten minutes checking things than discover a nasty condition after depositing.
